Call for expressions of interest: sponsorship of the EMSO ERIC 10th anniversary

A decade in the deep: celebrating the 10th Anniversary of EMSO ERIC

A sponsor area will host company desks and promotional materials during the event.

Why sponsor

Sponsoring the anniversary places your organisation in front of a focused audience of people who design, operate and fund ocean observation in Europe. Sponsors can present their technologies and services, demonstrate their commitment to marine research, innovation and the sustainable management of the marine environment, and connect with EMSO’s community at the start of its second decade.

Sponsorship packages

Three packages are available, covering the Science Session and the Info Session:

  • Silver 
    • Logo on the sponsorship page of the event website.
    • Small logo on the slides shown during breaks.
    • Acknowledgement during the opening address and company name in the press release.
    • Small desk in the sponsor area with one roll-up.

 

  • Gold
    • All Silver benefits, with a medium desk in the sponsor area and one roll-up.
    • Promotional video shown on the screen at the entrance of the sponsor area.
    • Sponsorship of one Science Day session: roll-up on stage, acknowledgement at the start of the session and a five-minute introduction of the company.

 

  • Platinum (one package only) 
    • All Gold benefits, with a medium-sized logo at the top of the website sponsorship page and a large desk with one roll-up.
    • Participation in the panel session on innovation during the Info Session.
    • Sponsorship of the entire Info Session: roll-up on stage for all sessions and acknowledgement at the start.
    • Sponsorship of the entire Science Day: roll-up on stage for all sessions, acknowledgement at the start of the day with a five-minute company introduction, and a list of the company’s products and services at the close of the day.

 

Space in the sponsor area is limited. Desks and Science Day sessions are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
