To better accommodate the international agendas of our stakeholders and ensure maximum engagement, EMSO ERIC has postponed its 10th Anniversary celebrations in Rome, now set for November–December 2026.
In accordance with this updated schedule, we have issued an Amended Call for the Strategic Communication & Event Management Partnership. This adjustment allows applicants to refine their proposals based on the revised timeline.
The selected partner will act as an integrated extension of the EMSO Communication Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Event Planning: Developing a comprehensive organizational and communication plan for the Anniversary
- Editorial excellence: Providing professional support, graphic design for the realisation and production of the EMSO Monography
- Digital Management: Hosting virtual sessions via Zoom Events and developing a dedicated event website.
- Speaker Coordination: Managing travel and accommodation for international speakers.
Financial Framework:
- Service Package Fee: Maximum budget of €25,000 (plus VAT, if applicable).
- Speaker Hospitality Fund: A separate budget of up to €20,000 (plus VAT) for travel and accommodation.
Key Dates:
- Submission Deadline: May 20th, 2026, 12:00 pm CEST.
- Expected start of work: June 15th, 2026.
